Dry cleaning has many benefits: At CLEANOVO, one of the most important steps in the cleaning process is called “pre-spotting,” in which a trained and experienced cleaner will treat specific areas of stains based on the source and fabric type. At CLEANOVO we do both – professional dry cleaning as well as Laundry OR wet cleaning. Dry Cleaning involves the use of non-water-based solvents to clean clothing and other textiles. Laundry involves the use of water and detergent in a commercial-grade washing machine. At CLEANOVO our preprogrammed washing machines ensure specific care for your loved garments and linens through a six-step cleaning & packing process.
Wet cleaning is a water-based alternative to dry cleaning that uses water & detergents for cleaning of the garment. Our wet cleaning experts are trained to assess garment stains, fabric health and then clean with quality and consistency in the wet cleaning process.
Wet cleaning is recommended for water soluble stains on dry-clean only materials, since it will have greater cleaning efficacy while maintaining the look and feel of the fabric. However, CLEANOVO does not recommend wet cleaning for all your dry clean-only clothes.

Yes, we do! Our customer service agent will be glad to set you up with a pickup appointment. Alternatively, you can use our app or website to book a pickup immediately. We pick up from most locations across 6 cities of India. Minimum order for free pick up and delivery is 5 pcs.
Our trained & experience wash care experts ensure that all marks and stains are removed during the cleaning process, however there are some stains that may not be completely removed. This can be down to various circumstances such as the type of stain, how long the stain has been present and whether it has been pre-treated. Our wash care team will advise you of any such stains and also inform you if there is a possibility of any damage to the fabric due to the stains.
On the contrary, frequent cleaning prolongs the life of a garment. Not only do stains set with age, making the garment unwearable, but ground-in dirt and soil act as an abrasive, like sandpaper, causing rapid wear of fibers. Also, insects are attracted to soiled clothes and will cause further damage.

No. Special procedures and additives are used on leathers to help retain their color and texture. Sometimes suedes and leather are redyed to replace color loss. It is not always possible to replace or match the colors.
Usually not. The dry-cleaning process is carefully controlled to prevent shrinking clothes.
Our trained CLEANOVO ironmen go through quality training every 3 months to ensure all garments are ironed with specific SOPs. Based on our research we press garments when they are warm & slightly moist from the wash cycle to ensure the they retain their color and brightness and softness.
